It is the 2nd day of the diet.
So far so good, no bad food cravings I - surprisingly - feel perfectly fine (haven't even felt dizzy once) and the food I am given is enough.

Today my meal consisted of this:
One Problem: Because I am a full boarder at school, I do not exactly get to choose the meal plan, so I try to adapt to it as much as possible. For this the Military Diet Food Substitutions are very helpful!
Second Issue: This morning, as an exception, we were offered plain bagels, next to white and wheat toast bread. Of course, I had to choose the bagel! Although I did at least only take one half of it… (I hope it still counts!)
Oh… And then there was also the issue that I bought Cookie Crisps Cereals and literally just had 4 pieces. But they're so small! … And so good!! Simply irresistible to me… But I suppose that's still okay, too. :(
… On it goes. Tomorrow is my last day and I actually can't wait! … to get back to normal eating, but at the same time, this isn't too bad. :)
Bisous! xxx
