Myself and the diet:
I know - I am crazy.
That is what people say to me when I tell them about this, because I don't need it.
But I don't feel too comfortable in my body anymore, because throughout the past year at this school I have gained a lot of weight. And that is mostly fat - not muscles!
So here I am: After miserably failing last week on Day 2 of this 3-day-diet (a friend had baked 2 chocolate-banana-cookies just for me… irresistible!) I am going to start it again this week.
Why this diet?
If you are as busy as I tend to be or as lazy as I actually am, then this diet is perfect for you. You do not need to exercise with this diet, although if you do, you will (obviously) most probably make more progress.
About the diet.
If you start it and fail - as I did - do not give up. You will get used to it when you start again. Besides, even if you only did it for one day, it would not do any harm.
